basic movement

tanks move one or two steps (tiles) in any direction
winning condition
  conquer enemy HQ and defend your own HQ from enemy
impassable terrain
  mountains, sidemountains and lakes are impassable
hills
  hills hinder movement: one step only
stopper terrain
  entering stopper terrain (forests, villages, factories..) terminates movement
sideforests
  crossing sideforests terminates movement; you must be adjacent to cross them
rivers
  roll 5 or 6 to successfully ford a river; you must be adjacent to it before attempting
bridges
  if bridge is present, river does not affect movement
roads
  if following a continuous road, tanks move one extra step
roads over special terrain
  stopper terrain affects road movement, hills do not
railroads
  on continuous railroad, tanks move four steps
